Learn all about the ESEQuant Flex

Illumination concept

The ESEQuant Flex uses a novel illumination concept for the objects of choice: The light source is placed on same level than the photographed object and emitted light is reflected and scattered on the dome above the light source. This leads finally to homogeneous illumination of the test object and avoids disturbing shadows or reflections on the raw picture.

Position independent placement

The right position of the test casette

The algorithms of the ESEQuant Flex allow object recognition among pre-defined geometric properties of the test object. Therefore, the orientation of the test object can vary within the drawer. This gives the user the convenience to place same test objects (e.g. lateral flow cassettes) in different orientation into the drawer or even use more than just one dedicated cassette design. The drawer is therefore no more a specific customized tool for only one single cassette type.
